What I did

  • Technical SEO: crawl/indexation fixes, sitemap + robots tuning, and internal linking cleanup.
  • Information architecture: rebuilt core page structure to match search intent (problem, solution, proof, CTA).
  • Content system: launched a topic cluster plan (pillar + supporting articles) with briefs and templates.
  • Measurement: defined KPIs, events, and dashboards to track rankings, CTR, and conversion lift.

Results

  1. +62% organic sessions in 90 days
  2. +38% demo requests from organic landing pages
