- Information architecture: rebuilt core page structure to match search intent (problem, solution, proof, CTA).
- Content system: launched a topic cluster plan (pillar + supporting articles) with briefs and templates.
- Measurement: defined KPIs, events, and dashboards to track rankings, CTR, and conversion lift.
