SEO Growth Sprint (B2B SaaS) rebuilt the full organic funnel — from crawl health to conversion messaging — so search traffic turned into qualified signups.

Goal: improve search → landing → demo conversion while reducing paid dependence. Timeline: 6 weeks. Focus: fast wins + compounding foundations.

Audit findings

The initial crawl uncovered indexation waste, thin pages, and internal linking gaps. We also saw intent mismatch: high-ranking pages weren't answering the question users were actually searching for.

  • Technical: duplicate routes, sitemap coverage gaps, and redirect chains
  • Content: missing “solution proof” sections and unclear CTA hierarchy
  • Analytics: incomplete event tracking for demo intent signals

What I shipped
